    In case of a return, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the payment, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

    Orders are delivered via the courier company DPD.

    • National: 5–10 business days from order confirmation
    • International: 5–10 business days, depending on destination

    After the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email notifying them that it has been dispatched.

    RETURN POLICY – BARONETTE STORE

    General Return Conditions

    In accordance with the provisions of Emergency Government Ordinance no. 34/2015 regarding consumer protection in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party (other than the courier), indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products.

    To exercise this right, you must inform BARONETTE PRO ART S.R.L. within the legal timeframe, using one of the contact methods provided on this website – either by filling out the contact form or by sending an email to baronette.store@gmail.com.

    The refund for the returned products will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products and verify them, or from the date we receive proof of shipment of the products, whichever occurs first.

    The refunded amount will only include the product price, excluding delivery costs.

    Return Procedure

    Returns can be made via any courier service, to the address provided in the return confirmation email. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Important:

    BARONETTE PRO ART S.R.L. will refuse to accept packages with shipping costs paid by the recipient. In such cases, the package will be rejected and returned to the sender. It can only be collected after the payment of the return shipping fees.

    For the proper processing of your return, please provide us with the following information:

    • Date of shipment and AWB number
    • Order number
    • Bank account details (for refund)
    • Reason for return (optional – for improving services)

    If you do not have a bank account, we will agree on an alternative method for processing the refund.

    Return Conditions

    Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.

    Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, without any signs of use, with original tags intact, and all documentation included.

    The products must be returned in their original packaging, along with accessories and/or gifts offered during promotions.

    We do not accept products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or any other signs of use.

    The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
